This boutique Gold Coast firm is seeking a Graduate or Junior Accountant to join their agile team. Committed to mentoring and developing their Junior Accountants, this is a rare prospect to build your accounting career in a supportive firm.
About the role
You’ll work alongside experienced accountants and gain hands on exposure across a broad client base. Your day to day will include:
Preparing individual, company, trust and partnership tax returns
Preparing and lodging BAS and IAS
Processing bookkeeping and reconciliations
Assisting with financial statements and year end work
Communicating with clients and the ATO
About you
Degree in Accounting (recently completed or nearing completion)
Experience in an Accounting firm is preferred although not essential
Excellent communication skills
A willingness to learn
You’ll enjoy working with others, building client relationships and helping businesses succeed
