What you'll do
Coach eFoil, wing foil and tow sessions at locations across Sydney
Talk gear with clients and help them choose the right setup
Pack and ship online store orders
Keep the gear, van and jet ski in good shape

Who you are
A confident foiler who loves teaching people to fly
Past water sports experience (instructing, retail or both)
You know your foiling gear, or you'll learn it quick
Self-driven and organised. You'll have real autonomy and room to grow as the business does
Comfortable reading wind, tide and swell, and making the call on whether a session goes ahead

What you get
$35–$50/hr, negotiable depending on experience
Packing and shipping hours logged and paid
Van for work and personal use
Premium gear, outstanding spots, and a positive crew

Requirements
NSW boat licence and jet ski (PWC) licence
ABN,



or willing to get one
Flexible availability, including weekends. Sessions are timed to the conditions and run at different spots across Sydney.
A current First Aid certificate and Working With Children Check are a plus, or you'll need to get them before starting

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
