Section Waiter: Deliver full table service from greeting through to farewell across an assigned section, guiding guests through the menu,
specials, and wine pairings
Food Runner: Run food from the pass with speed and accuracy, present dishes with confidence, and keep the connection between kitchen and floor seamless
Bartender: Prepare cocktails, wine, and beverages to spec with speed and flair, engage with bar guests, and maintain a well run, presentable bar
