Payroll, Accounts & Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll, Accounts & Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This permanent, full time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of onboarding, HR & payroll processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up to date records.

Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records, including personal details, payroll information, and leave entitlements
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating interviews and coordinating onboarding and orientation activities
Support the onboarding process for recent employees, ensuring they receive necessary training and resources
Prepare and submit relevant reports to management, including payroll summaries, leave reports, hours reporting and HR metrics
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding payroll, entitlements and HR policies,



escalating to the Payroll Officer or HR Manager as required
Preparing employee communications including confirmation of employment letters, separation certificates, payroll correspondence and entitlement letters

Qualifications:
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration would be highly beneficial
Experience in administration, within payroll, HR and/or Accounts
Exposure to and an understanding of payroll legislation, awards and HR best practices
Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
