We are after personality and connection, not just technical ability

You need (non-negotiable):
At least 2–4 years in a similar quick-paced café role
Real leadership experience (you’ve motivated, trained or managed staff and they actually improved)
The ability to talk to customers, build rapport, and create genuine relationships (regulars should look forward to seeing you)
Excellent coffee skills and solid all-round café knowledge
Ability to work any day, including weekends and public holidays
Friendly, engaging service style that fits a casual beachside vibe
