The Bean Thief is looking for one outstanding barista to join our team.
We’re a local, friendly café where most customers are regulars and everyone knows each other’s name. We care about valuable coffee, rapid service and creating a warm, welcoming vibe.
What we’re looking for:
Confident on the machine and able to handle busy periods
Friendly, calm and good with customers
Reliable and takes pride in their work
Team player who can jump in wherever needed
Hours are flexible and will depend on the candidate. Open to full time, part time or casual for the right fit.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
