This role is ideal for construction professionals ready to step off the tools and into a role that genuinely changes lives — while still staying hands‑on

We have exciting opportunities for trainers across the following areas:
AHC30921 Certificate III in Landscape Construction
RII30926Certificate III in Civil Construction
RII40720Certificate IV in Civil Construction
Various Plant and Machinery Tickets

What are we looking for?

You’re an experienced construction qualified who enjoys mentoring others and leading learners from diverse backgrounds
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)




A positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a outstanding team
Recent, relevant construction or trade industry experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds
A current Driver’s Licence
Relevant construction industry tickets/certifications
