The role:
As a Paralegal in this successful and energetic team, you will have end-to-end file management within the residential lending team.Banking and Financeexperience is advantageousbut is not fundamentally essential in order to be considered. The firm will also consider A - Z Conveyancing Paralegals.
You will be responsible for:
assessing instructions and preparing mortgage documentation
checking signed mortgage documentation and ancillary requirements
preparing lender's certifications
liaising with clients, solicitors, funders and external parties
arranging settlements (paper and PEXA)
preparing accounts' paperwork and settlement instructions
ensuring security documentation is returned to the relevant trustee within service levels.
About you:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property or Banking Paralegal in a law firm;
Exceptional client relationship skills;
Ability to prioritise your work and meet deadlines;
Positive demeanor and adaptability;
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; and
Be a team player who is happy to assist their colleagues when required.
