We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager who knows how to lead a great team, drive results and create a store customers genuinely enjoy visiting.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have ownership of your store, your team and the overall customer experience.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading, engaging and developing your team
Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
Delivering an outstanding customer experience
Managing rostering, stock, daily operations and store standards
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and presentation
Coaching your team through regular feedback and development
Creating a positive, fun and accountable team culture
About You
You’ll ideally have:
Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience
A genuine passion for people and customer service
Robust leadership and communication skills
A commercial mindset with the ability to drive results
Confidence managing stock, rosters, KPIs and day-to-day operations
A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
