Enter, check and update financial data in relevant accounting systems.
Reconcile account information and investigate straightforward discrepancies.
Prepare routine financial documentation for internal use.
Maintain organised electronic and hard-copy financial records.
Respond to finance-related enquiries with explicit and timely information.
Follow established accounting procedures to support accurate reporting.
Profile
Experience completing accounts administration and financial data entry.
Ability to process transactions with a high level of accuracy.
Experience reconciling account information and identifying discrepancies.
Prior experience working within the aged care industry
