The role
Early mornings - 5am starts
Cooking roast meats and veggies, potatoes, gravy and sides
Follow recipes and portion standards to keep quality consistent
Maintain a clean, protected kitchen and follow food safety procedures
About you
Previous commercial kitchen experience preferred
Able to work quick and stay organised under pressure
Reliable, punctual and a team player
Available weekdays and weekends
