Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
To carry out day to day tasking delegated by the Management team whilst delivering outstanding customer service to drive profitable sales. These tasks include the processing and flowing of merchandise, markdown execution, maintenance and service including the fitting rooms and the point-of-sale registers.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Embody the TJX Cultural Factors
Understand, appreciate and articulate the TJX off-price model
Maintenance of the Store floor, ensuring it is neat, clean and organized
Provide productive and friendly customer service at the point of sales and operate registers
Processing and flow of merchandise
Execute the merchandise protection standards
