The Trustee for Thomas Family Trust – Kallangur QLD is seeking a Disability Support Worker or Enrolled Nurse to provide person-centered care across home and community settings under supervision. You will support daily living activities, transport, and community participation in line with NDIS standards.

Applicants should hold a Cert III in Individual Support (or Diploma of Nursing for EN path), valid checks, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
