We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support one of Australia’s leading Financial Services organisations across Home Lending and Business Banking.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with senior leaders while proactively sourcing, headhunting and building talent pipelines across the market.

What you’ll bring:
Recruitment experience across Banking, Financial Services, Lending or sales-driven settings
Solid sourcing, headhunting and networking skills




Confidence influencing hiring managers and senior stakeholders
The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
A proactive, resilient and candidate-focused approach
