OSP Automotive & Marine is looking for an excellent qualified technician to join our 550sqm automotive and marine workshop in South Grafton, NSW.

Our work brings together automotive, performance, 4WD and marine services under one roof. You could be diagnosing a late-model 4WD, helping assemble an engine, fitting a touring package or supporting a boat repair, with room to apply what you know and develop skills in new areas.

Key responsibilities
Perform servicing and mechanical repairs on automotive and marine vehicles
Conduct advanced diagnostics and custom modifications
Assist with performance LS engine building
Support in-house dyno tuning and 4WD ECU remapping
Carry out suspension, GVM and driveline upgrades
Service and repair inboard ski and wake boats
Diagnose problems logically and work efficiently
Keep accurate job records and communicate clearly
Take ownership of jobs and solve problems independently
Contribute to workshop success through teamwork and knowledge sharing

About you
Excellent qualified technician with proven ability
Experience in motorsport, powersports, engine building, marine, dyno operation, diagnostics or 4WD performance is highly regarded
Ability to deliver careful, consistently high-quality workmanship




Capacity to plan your time and meet agreed deadlines
Willingness to learn and curiosity about current areas

From our beginnings as a mobile service in 2013, OSP Automotive & Marine has continued investing in the facilities, equipment and people that make quality work possible. Our 550sqm workshop includes three BendPak hoists, a dedicated marine work area, a sealed air-conditioned engine-building room, a Mainline 2WD 600L chassis dyno, Alientech remapping and calibration equipment, and up-to-date diagnostic and specialist tooling. Our ambition is to become one of the best performance and specialist automotive workshops on the NSW North Coast.
