Oversee maintenance requests and contractor management
Manage lease administration, renewals, and critical dates
Assist with arrears management and reporting
Conduct property inspections and prepare client reports
Ensure portfolio compliance and deliver exceptional customer service

About You
Experience as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager or similar
Ready to take the next step into a PM role
Proficient in Cirrus 8 or Re-leased
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, accountable, and eager to develop your career
Current Real Estate Registration
