Titan Premix Concrete is seeking a highly organised Transport Coordinator to support our transport operations across multiple concrete plants.

Reporting directly to the Transport Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating raw material deliveries, maintaining fleet compliance, and scheduling vehicle servicing and maintenance. This is a hands-on operational role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Raw Material Logistics
Coordinate the allocation of raw material deliveries, including sand, aggregates and cement, to concrete plants based on production requirements.
Liaise with plant managers, suppliers and transport operators to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Monitor material movements and adjust delivery schedules to meet changing operational priorities.

Fleet Maintenance
Coordinate scheduled servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance across the fleet.
Liaise with workshops and service providers to minimise vehicle downtime.
Maintain accurate servicing, maintenance and compliance records.




Monitor compliance relating to fatigue, speed, mass, maintenance and regulatory requirements.
Assist the Transport Manager with reporting, record keeping and audit preparation.

About You
Experience in transport, logistics or a heavy industry workplace (concrete, quarrying or construction experience is highly regarded).
Excellent organisational, planning and scheduling skills.
Experience using transport compliance systems (Netcorp experience highly regarded).
Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills and confidence using operational systems and Microsoft Office.
