We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated person to join our team in the concrete precast industry. The position will start on a casual or ABN basis, with the possibility of ongoing full-time employment for the right person. No previous experience is necessary. If you are handy with your hands, physically fit and have a positive, "can-do" attitude, we are happy to teach you the job.

Key responsibilities
Patching and repairing concrete precast panels
Applying grout and sealants
Caulking joints and gaps
Using hand tools and equipment
Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
Working as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard

About you
Good general fitness and the ability to perform physical work
A strong work ethic and a positive, "can-do" attitude
A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn




Reliability and punctuality
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) - essential requirement
Driving license and reliable vehicle
EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket - preferred
Previous experience in construction, concrete patching, grouting or caulking - preferred
On-the-job training - experience is not essential
Prospect to learn a practical trade
