Intereach Bendigo is seeking a Community Support Worker (Home Care) to join our Aged Care Support team in Bendigo. This permanent part time role (minimum 15 hours per week) is based onsite and supports older people to live independently at home.
You will provide person-centred support to clients aged 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), helping them stay protected and connected in their homes.
