Zenith Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Shoal Bay Country Club, a landmark waterfront precinct in Port Stephens, NSW. You will lead a multi-venue operation across Atmos, East Pavilion, seven bars and four restaurants, driving revenue, guest experiences and compliance in a high-volume seasonal setting.
You’ll build and empower a robust leadership team, manage complex P&L; dynamics, and partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences throughout peak periods and beyond.
