National Workforce is seeking experienced Pick Packers with a background in luxury fashion, handbags, accessories, or high-end retail logistics to join our client based in Marsden Park.

Please note, the successful candidates MUST be available to work Monday-Friday approx. 38hrs each week.

About the Role:

In this hands-on position, reporting to the Team Leader your day will include:
Accurately picking products based on order requirements
Using RF scanners to locate, scan, and process items
Packing luxury goods with exceptional attention to detail
Completing quality checks to ensure all items meet brand standards




Processing returns through client-specific systems
Restocking and maintaining organised inventory levels
Following strict safety and handling procedures
Working with high-end handbags, fashion accessories, and designer items daily

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 6 months experience in pick packing, ideally within fashion, luxury retail, handbags, cosmetics, footwear, or accessories
RF scanning experience
Experience in gift wrapping or similar would be highly adventageous
High attention to detail when handling premium products
Solid understanding of WHS practices
A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Ability to work both independently and within a team
