IRIS in Karana Downs, QLD is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our dental group on a full time, in office basis. You will build foundational HR processes, support recruitment and onboarding, manage general HR admin, and assist with OH&S; and Fair Work compliance.
This role offers autonomy and growth as the team expands. You’ll be the first dedicated HR Administrator, shaping processes, implementing systems, and partnering with Practice Managers.
