Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans. /n
Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team. /n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals. /n
Provide emotional support and education to clients and their families regarding health management. /n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. /n
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. /n /n

Qualifications:
/n /n
Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. /n
Demonstrated understanding of nursing principles and practices. /n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. /n
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. /n
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail. /n
Commitment to ongoing professional development. /n
Current First Aid and CPR certification. /n /n
