About The Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundsperson & Garden Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. Working across a large educational campus in North Parramatta, you'll assist with the maintenance and presentation of gardens, lawns and open space areas. This is a physically active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining high-quality landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
• Garden and landscape maintenance
• Mowing, whipper snipping and edging turf areas
• Weeding, mulching and pruning garden beds
• Planting and general horticultural tasks
• Leaf litter collection and site clean-up
• Assisting with irrigation and grounds maintenance activities
• Operating landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Maintaining high presentation standards across gardens and open spaces
• Working collaboratively within a team environment About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Positive physical fitness and the ability to perform manual outdoor work
• Excellent reliability and punctuality
• The ability to work well within a team
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar industry (preferred)
• A current Driver's Licence (preferred)
• A valid Working With Chidrens Check (or be willing and eligible to apply for one)
