Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration Engineer Perth, WA | 3-Month Contract | Full time | 5 Days Onsite | Immediate Start We are currently seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration Engineer to join a major migration project with a leading client based in Perth, Western Australia. This is a hands-on technical role requiring an expert who can take ownership of the end-to-end migration lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder engagement through to execution and post-migration support.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver a large-scale Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration project
• Contribute to migration strategy, planning, design, and implementation
• Perform technical migration activities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Manage and support Entra ID and Entra Connect during the migration programme
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project
• Act as a trusted advisor to the customer and provide regular project updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues
• Support post-migration activities, optimisation, and knowledge transfer
• Create and maintain technical documentation Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations




• Solid technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 platform
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Entra Connect
• Experience developing and executing migration plans
• Solid PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience working directly with customers and managing key stakeholders
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and consultancy skills
• Fluent English speaker Desirable
• Microsoft 365 certifications
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise migration programmes
• Previous consultancy or customer-facing project experience Contract Details
