About the role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Officer to carry out general repairs, groundskeeping and facility upkeep. This wide-ranging role involves maintaining buildings, infrastructure and outdoor areas to a safe, functional and presentable standard.

Skills & experience
Experience in general maintenance, handyman or groundskeeping work
Confident using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
Ability to identify defects and complete minor repairs
Strong safety awareness and a proactive approach
Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team

Duties & responsibilities
Perform general maintenance, minor repairs and asset upkeep
Maintain buildings, grounds and public-facing areas
Respond to maintenance requests and report defects or hazards
Assist operational teams with day-to-day maintenance activities




Follow workplace safety, security and operational procedures
