As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Property Management Advisor to join our team and help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for the owners and tenants.
This role is an excellent training ground to sharpen your property management skills, with exposure to all aspects of the portfolio while working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager.
You will thrive in this role if you love being part of a team, enjoy learning, and are motivated to grow into an outstanding Property Manager over time.
Your Responsibilities
Field work including Entry Condition Reports, Open Homes, Routine Inspections and other external appointments
Application reference checking and administration of new tenancies
Assisting with maintenance coordination, lease renewals and day-to-day PM tasks
Preparation of new business and tenant packs
Communication with landlords and tenants as required
Key management and vacate support
Absolute adherence to systems and procedures — task-driven and checklist-focused
Shared reception coverage as needed
Work one Saturday in four
What You Will Need to Have
Certificate of Registration (QLD) and current Police Check
Minimum one year experience in a real estate role (leasing consultant or reception ideal)
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Superior verbal and written communication skills
High productivity with proven organisation and time management ability
Most of all — a genuine team player with a excellent attitude
