About the Opportunity
An established commercial builder is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a $1m industrial project in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of smaller projects, coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project outcomes.
With a solid pipeline of commercial and industrial projects, this builder offers a supportive working environment and opportunities for ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to practical completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain project programme.
Oversee structural steel, concrete works, services installation and final finishes.
Maintain high standards of site safety, quality and compliance.
Manage site inspections, deliveries and subcontractor performance.
Work closely with the Project Manager to resolve construction issues and achieve project milestones.
Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate site documentation.

About You:
Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in commercial construction.




Previous experience delivering industrial, warehouse or commercial projects.
Robust understanding of structural steel, concrete construction and general building works.
Ability to independently manage subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Current White Card and relevant trade or construction qualifications.
