Our client is an established commercial construction business with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across South East Queensland. With a diverse range of commercial projects, they are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team.

The role
Manage subcontractor packages, scopes of work and contract administration.
Prepare and assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
Monitor project costs, budgets and contractual obligations.
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate project documentation and manage contractual correspondence.
Assist with commercial reporting,
forecasting and project cost control.
About you
Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction is essential.
Strong knowledge of subcontract administration, variations and progress claims.
Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Relevant construction or commercial qualifications are advantageous.
