Your new role
In this varied role, you will provide skilled support across financial transactions, customer enquiries and data management activities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, supporting vendor and debtor administration, performing reconciliations and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous administration, finance support, accounts or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
Confidence learning new systems and technology quickly
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills




Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Experience processing financial transactions or reconciliations highly regarded
Procurement or purchasing knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
