Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a respected organisation on a temporary contract. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for a confident HR professional who enjoys tackling complex people matters, partnering with leaders, and driving best-practice HR outcomes.

You'll be the go-to HR expert, providing practical advice and support across the full employee lifecycle while helping leaders navigate workforce challenges with confidence.

Responsibilities include;
Providing expert advice to managers on employee relations, performance and workplace matters
Managing investigations, grievances and complex case management
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
Reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
Coaching leaders to build capability and drive high-performance teams




Maintaining HR reporting and workforce data
Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

You're a seasoned HR generalist who can quickly build credibility, navigate complexity and confidently operate in a standalone or partnering environment.

You'll bring:
Experience as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or equivalent
Solid employee relations and case management expertise
Sound working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
The ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
