PRA is partnering with a leading consulting organisation to find a Service Now Lead to join a high-profile government program. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale Service Now initiatives, influence solution design, and help shape the direction of the platform.

Location: Sydney or Canberra

Security Clearance: NV1 required

What you'll be doing
Designing and delivering scalable Service Now solutions
Working across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD modules
Building workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
Developing integrations through REST and SOAP APIs
Driving CMDB governance and platform best practice
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers




Working closely with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges

What you'll bring
8+ years of Service Now development and platform experience
Strong knowledge of Java Script and Glide API
Experience delivering enterprise-scale Service Now implementations
Strong CMDB and integration experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Relevant Service Now implementation certifications
Current NV1 clearance
