Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer calls with empathy, patience, and clear communication
Troubleshoot customer enquiries and deliver practical, first-call resolutions
Accurately record case details, notes, and outcomes in internal CRM databases
Handle follow-up emails and administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery
Work collaboratively alongside supportive team leaders to uphold top-quality service standards
