Primary Objective: Provide senior implementation, analysis and assurance support for rostering and workforce controls across the Department of Corrections. The role exercises sound judgement, initiative and accountability to review roster quality, monitor compliance, identify workforce risks and support consistent implementation of reforms under the Workforce Sustainability project.
