Job Description
Lead business analysis activities across a Workday transformation program
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Gather, document and validate business requirements
Analyse current and future-state business processes
Support project scoping and discovery activities
Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities
Develop business cases, process maps and supporting documentation
Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst




Demonstrated Workday project experience
Solid requirements elicitation and documentation skills
Experience working within large transformation programs
Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
Strong workshop facilitation skills
Experience operating in ambiguous or greenfield environments
Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
