A major bank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer for a 12 month contract likely to extend.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and related services
Contribute to the ongoing management and evolution of the enterprise Power Platform environment
Partner with security architects, risk teams and governance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet compliance and security requirements
Assess and identify potential risks associated with current solutions and integrations
Drive best practices across platform governance, development standards and operational processes
Work across Azure services to extend and integrate Power Platform solutions
Leverage GitHub for source control, CI/CD and engineering best practices
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers within the team
Key Skills / Experience:
Solid hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Experience working within enterprise-scale or regulated environments
Solid understanding of governance, security, compliance and risk management principles
Solid Azure experience, particularly where it integrates with Power Platform solutions
Experience using GitHub for version control and deployment processes
Experience supporting AI capabilities – highly desirable
