Customers rely on this platform every day. Too much of what they do on it is still manual and slow. Your job is to make it simple, quick and reliable. You will run the roadmap and backlog for a core part of the platform, working side by side with engineers, designers, operations and risk.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Decide what gets built next across recent features, enhancements and bug fixes
Own the backlog end to end, from problem to shipped to measured
Use data and customer feedback to back your decisions
Hold your own with senior stakeholders and argue a clear point of view
Get close to the tech: read an API spec, look at code, understand the complexity
Pick up unfamiliar areas rapid, without waiting to be briefed
