We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated person to join our team in the concrete precast industry. The position will start on a casual or ABN basis, with the possibility of ongoing full time employment for the right person. No previous experience is necessary. If you are handy with your hands, physically fit and have a positive, "can-do" attitude, we are happy to teach you the job.
Key responsibilities
Patching and repairing concrete precast panels
Applying grout and sealants
Caulking joints and gaps
Using hand tools and equipment
Maintaining a clean and protected work environment
Working as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard
About you
Good general fitness and the ability to perform physical work
A strong work ethic and a positive, "can-do" attitude
A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
Reliability and punctuality
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) - essential requirement
Driving license and reliable vehicle
EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket - preferred
Previous experience in construction, concrete patching, grouting or caulking - preferred
On-the-job training - experience is not essential
