We're looking for a Skilled Landscaper to join our construction crew full time. You'll be the person on the ground making things happen, working in a small crew and reporting directly to the director.

This role is for someone who takes ownership, leads by example and wants a genuine career in landscaping. The work is physical and the standards are high. We don't take shortcuts and we expect our crew to take pride in every finish.

For the right person there's a clear path into Leading Hand and Landscape Foreman roles as the business grows.

Supporting the Landscape Foreman to keep projects on track
Operating machinery where you hold the tickets
Keeping sites protected, clean and organised

What We're Looking For
3+ years of landscape construction experience across softscape and hardscape
Confidence reading landscape plans and specifications
Reliable, punctual and safety focused
Solid communication with your crew, clients and management
Pride in the quality of your work

What's In It For You
$85,000 to $95,000 + super, negotiable on experience

Monday to Friday with predictable hours (overtime available when needed)
