The Position:
Organizing and attending open for inspections and responding to property inquiries
Processing applications and reference check tenants
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Coordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with tradespeople
Assisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections and preparing condition reports
Manage lease negotiations and sign-ups

The Person:
Previous experience within the real estate industry
Strong written & verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
An optimistic attitude
Exceptional time management & organizational skills
The ability to work well under pressure
A high standard of personal presentation
