Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per annum plus superannuation

Ulan Road Farm Pty Ltd is seeking a Cook to join the kitchen team at Blue Wren Farm.

Based among the vineyards of the Mudgee region, Blue Wren Farm offers a wide-ranging kitchen environment covering restaurant dining, weddings and events.

Key duties
Prepare and cook meals to a consistently high standard.
Assist with food preparation, portioning and presentation.
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
Minimise food waste and maintain kitchen efficiency.
Work closely with the kitchen team during busy services and events.

To be successful, you will have
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
An understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
