Located at our Western Community Services Site at Woodville, the Care Partner Support vacancy is offered as a six month full time role.

In this role, your are providing exceptional administrative support to the Care Partners at site. You will demonstrate personal responsibility, effective communication, and adaptability while consistently delivering high-quality service aligned with Resthaven’s values. This includes transparent and respectful communication, active listening, and providing timely updates.

Knowledge of office procedures
Empathy with older people
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to adapt to change
Multi-tasking aptitude
Excellent organisational and time management skills




Work cooperatively as a team member of Community Services
Effectively work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential manner
Qualified telephone communication and customer services skills
Experienced in providing clerical support services
