The Apollo Restaurant Group in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Cellar & Stock Attendant to support Olympus, Baptiste & Tenjo. The role focuses on keeping beverage stock stocked, cellars organised and ensuring venues are ready for service on Friday to Sunday evenings.
You’ll be moving stock, monitoring levels and assisting with stock deliveries and stocktakes across three restaurants, working with bar managers to ensure smooth service in a busy dining precinct.
