We're looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and hardworking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a busy workplace and wants to be part of a practice that genuinely values its team and patients.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Warmly welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
Managing incoming calls, patient enquiries and appointment bookings
Coordinating the appointment book to support the smooth running of the practice
Processing payments, accounts and general administrative tasks
Building genuine relationships with patients and providing exceptional customer service
Working closely with our dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
About You
Ideally, you'll have:
At least 1 year of experience in dental reception
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, compassionate and patient-focused approach
Robust organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Confidence using computers and managing administrative tasks
A proactive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
Reliability, adaptability and a genuine desire to learn and grow
