Bedrock Workforce is seeking Yard Hands for established construction contractors in Penrith. This full time, permanent role focuses on keeping the yard safe, organised and productive, with opportunities to improve processes and equipment readiness for crews.
You’ll start by tidying and reorganising the yard layout, then take on responsibilities like stock control, gear readiness, pre-start checks, and coordinating servicing. A explicit path to growth into broader yard/operator roles is offered.
