Credit Corp is seeking a law-qualified governance qualified to support the Board of Directors within a high‑growth ASX-listed workplace. The role is offered on a dedicated part time basis (0.6 or 0.8 FTE) with flexible hybrid working, reporting to the CFO and advising the Executive team on governance matters.
You will engage with senior leaders, strengthen governance processes, and coordinate board papers, risk oversight, and regulatory compliance across global entities.
