About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey
Generate and manage sales enquiries from walk-in, phone and online leads
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Follow up leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
Work closely with the finance and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity management
What We’re Looking For
Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential
A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong time management and organisational abilities
Professional presentation and a customer-first approach
The ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume setting
Confidence using technology and CRM systems
A current and valid driver's licence
