About the Role:

Aramex Sunshine Coast is seeking Warehouse Leading Hand to share responsibility for the distribution and logistics operations of the PM shift. You will work collaboratively with the current Leading Hand, courier drivers, office staff and Operations Manager to implement the operational objectives, support the local deployment of operational processes and procedures as well as achieve a safe and efficient working setting.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the PM Freight handling team and PM warehouse activities
All Forklift operations




Loading/Unloading of inbound and outbound Linehaul tautliners
Implementation and execution of warehouse SOP’s
Freight sortation including cartons, satchels and parcels into designated bays, cages and crates
Site Safety awareness and management
General warehouse administrative, maintenance and housekeeping tasks

To be successful in this role:
Current HF Forklift licence (essential)
Experience or a desire to lead a team in a Logistics or warehouse environment
Champion a strong safety culture
People and safety-centric leader, who has a continuous improvement and proactive mindset.

You will lead a focused and capable team and drive best practice at all times.
