As a Place Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting renters to sustain their tenancies while ensuring our properties are protected, well maintained and welcoming. Working closely with renters, support services and community partners, you'll build strong relationships, resolve challenges and help create positive housing outcomes.
No two days are the same. From managing tenancies and coordinating property maintenance to navigating complex situations and connecting people with support, you'll make a real difference in the lives of the people and communities we serve.
This is a full time, ongoing prospect classified at SCHADS Award Level 4, primarily based at our Melbourne office, with some travel required.
