The Role,
We are looking forhighly motivated, enthusiastic, driven person to provideour Guests with an outstanding service experience.
The duties will include –
Answering the main switch
Ensuring Guests are welcomed and greeted
Gathering information from customers to pass onto service staff
General Administration duties and ordering
Serving customers dropping off and picking up their vehicle
The successful applicant will offer the following characteristics
Be well presented
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be self-motivated
Be professional and enthusiastic
Have strong attention to detail
Positive phone manner
Work well in a team setting
Drivers Licence
Strong work ethic
Applicants must be physically located in Australia and must be Australian or Recent Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency visa.
